Prairie Point in Chicago Is Close to Being Sold Out

In their new homes section, YoChicago reported that only 10 open residences remain in the 24-story condominium tower at 1600 S Prairie Ave in the South Loop. Why such success? Prairie Point’s location, design, and features may have something to do with it.

Of the remaining residences, great floorplan options are still available including these three condos:

  • #1103 1-bed/2-bath, 1,443 SQ FT
    • Offers an extra-spacious living area combined with master suite
  • #1905 1-bed/1.5-bath, 909 SQ FT
    • Impressive view of the city skyline from the 19th floor balcony
  • #2107 2-bed/2-bath, 1,274 SQ FT
    • A roomy floorplan with 2 bedrooms; perfect for starting a new family

Other appreciable features to expect with these spaces include walk-in closets, kitchens with hardwood floors and granite countertops, high ceilings, and private balconies.

One thing not mentioned, but I’m sure is driving the interest as well, is that the views are quite impressive. From this location, you can see virtually everything. There’s nothing too big to block the views in any direction, unlike “downtown” condos.
